Help is available if you or someone you love is in need of mental health services, intellectual/developmental disability services, or substance abuse treatment.
Call our Access Services Line (1-800-849-6127) to speak with a trained representative. During the call, we will determine your individual needs and then offer you a selection of applicable treatment providers. We will make every attempt to schedule your initial appointment with your chosen provider.
Vaya Health’s Customer Services staff can connect you to an interpretation service for languages other than English. This is a free service to you, available on any call, but you may have to wait briefly for the conference call with the interpreter to begin.
Need to talk to someone? Customer Service Staff is available for all your questions, concerns or complaints. Customer Service Staff can:
- Connect you with available behavioral and mental services and assistance within our Vaya Health Staff and Provider Community.
- Provide you with the correct resources to answer your questions and resolve your concerns regarding behavioral and mental health treatment
- Speak with your provider to aid in resolving any problems or complaints
- Make a formal complaint regarding your treatment, as well as investigate and require plans of correction when necessary
