YMCA Avery is hosting their annual National Senior Health & Fitness Day where the theme for this year is “Make Fitness your Friend for Life!” There will be many community resources and organizations present.
This trauma informed retreat is for professionals, managers, clergy, educators, first responders, parents, and concerned citizens who work with and on behalf of individuals of any age with a history of trauma and mental health needs.
