The Member and Recipient Service Line is also available at 1-800-962-9003 (Mon. – Sat., 7 a.m. – 6 p.m.) if you are seeking general information and/or resources about mental health, substance use or intellectual/developmental disability services.

Every day, we help people seeking care for the first time. We help people returning to treatment and those calling on behalf of a loved one. We work closely with healthcare providers to promote quality services that are available to you when you need them.

Crisis assistance is available to all callers, 24 hours a day. Appointments for routine care are available to individuals who receive Medicaid and people without health insurance in our region.
