How to Access Recipient Services

Vaya Health manages state-funded services for recipients who need care for mental health, substance use disorder, intellectual/developmental disability (I/DD), or traumatic brain injury (TBI) needs. To find a provider for non-emergency services, call Member and Recipient Member Services toll-free at 1-800-962-9003, Monday – Saturday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. You can also look up providers in your area by using our search tool Find a Provider.

You can call Member and Recipient Services if you have questions or would like more information about services for behavioral health, I/DD, or TBI care needs. If you reach this number during non-business hours, please leave a voice message and someone will call you back the following business day.
