Recipient Handbook

Our Recipient Handbook explains how your health plan works and what state-funded services may be available to you.

Use this handbook to learn more about:

  • Mental health, substance use disorder, intellectual/developmental disability (I/DD), and traumatic brain injury (TBI) services
  • How to get care
  • How to file a complaint or appeal
  • Your rights and responsibilities

If you have questions about the handbook, need to request a printed copy, a copy in Spanish or other languages, or a copy in large-print or other alternate formats, call Member and Recipient Services at 1-800-962-9003 (TTY 711) Monday – Saturday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
